Turbo Generator Package
CFATEC has two production lines in its workshops dedicated to the assembly of new turbo generator package, with electrical power ranging from 500 kWe to 25 MWe.
These production lines can also be used for the refurbishment of packages equipped with turbo alternator or turbo pumps units.
CFATEC covers all prefabrication, assembly, and testing activities involved in the assembly of a turbo generator package, a concentrated source of performance and precision ready to actively contribute to responsible energy production.
Rotor balancing
CFATEC has the equipment and expertise to perform balancing checks and corrections in its workshop:
- CEMB low-speed balancing machine with rigid bearings, for rotors weighing between 1 kg and 450 kg
- IRD low-speed soft bearing balancer, for rotors weighing between 15 kg and 7 tons
CFATEC is also able to perform checks and balancing corrections at nominal speed, thanks to its network of partners, who have vacuum pit balancing benches at their disposal.
